katie-dwgSunday was no day of rest around here.  The kids started early with an orientation meeting at the Falmouth Academy, and jumped right into their music.  In the evening, we all went over to the Lilly Auditorium at Woods Hole (the famous institute for oceanography) where the Colorado String Quartet played – Haydn, Bartok, and Beethoven.  On the way over, we received a call from Ethan’s father that Ethan had been accepted into the Mannes preparatory program.

I spent a fair part of the day trying to figure out the Wifi; and after a lot of frustration and a trip to Staples, realized the darn wifi switch on my laptop was turned off….

One of my goals for this trip was to buckle down and get some real work done – reading and writing… and true to the idea, I’ve gotten well into an excellent book.  Hopefully by the end of today, I’ll have a blog post written on DragonSearch about that.
