About Ric Dragon
Ric Dragon (b. 1961) was born in Santa Ana, California and later lived in Georgia and upstate New York. He studied drawing and printmaking with James McDermid at the Munson Williams Proctor Institute, and then painting with Nicolas Marsicano at SUNY Purchase.
Dragon taught lithography and figure drawing at the Woodstock School of Art for several years.
Dragon was the cofounder of the software and web development company Oxclove Workshop and later, the cofounder and CEO of DragonSearch (now Dragon360). He authored two books on digital marketing as well as countless articles in various online marketing publications.
In 2019, Dragon became the co-founder and executive director of ArteSumapaz, and arts and culture foundation in the mountains of Cundinamarca, Colombia.
